Wells Wedding Highlights - Austin, TX

Sam and Alena’s wedding was one that I feel so incredibly lucky to have captured. Everything about their day was so beautiful and felt like I was shooting THE dream wedding with THE dream couple. These two are so clearly head over heels for each other, and they were willing to wait and reschedule their wedding not once, but twice, in order to have their closest friends and family be there to love and support them on their day.

You can tell from every aspect of the day that Alena has great style and an eye for design. This also came down to the video, which she requested a darker and moodier color profile for. It was a definite creative challenge for me but I think it paid off and fit them so well! Knowing that Alena was a fellow creative also pushed me to want to make a video that (just like Alena and Sam) was stylish and a little bit ahead of the curve. I’m so proud of this one and grateful to have been part of their day. Congrats to the Wells!

Kerstetter Wedding Highlights - Austin, TX

Drew and Christina are one of those couples whose love just pops off the screen. It’s so evident from the way these two look at each other just how deep their love and admiration for each other is. As soon as they shared part of their story through their personal vows, I knew that it would be what this video was structured around. These two had a long term, long distance relationship that included a long health journey for Christina that deepened their love for each other and their faith in God. This day was a small glimpse of his faithfulness in their lives. This video actually took several weeks to edit, but I wanted to give it it’s due diligence to tell this story in the way it should be. Sentimental, meaningful, focused on the Lord, and ultimately ending in celebration. Congrats to the Kerstetters!

Weber Wedding Highlights - Lampasas, TX

Ever since filming Bailey and Gus’ wedding day I’ve been DYING to edit their video! Unfortunately in the crazy of 2020, it took a lot lot longer than I ever imagined. But today I’m so happy to finally share their video, because these two have such an incredible love story! They got married on their originally planned wedding date in April of 2020, during the height of the pandemic lockdown, in the preacher’s backyard in the presence of just their parents. They waited another six months before being able to share their day with their friends and family, and it was so worth the wait! The day still carried all the same emotions as their first wedding, and I’m pretty sure Gus has the greatest groom’s reaction I’ve ever seen to a bride walking down the aisle. (When Gus cries, I cry.)

The best part of telling their story was getting to tie in the footage of their original backyard wedding. Seeing those moments mirrored on their second wedding day was so beautiful to me, and I wanted to capture the significance of both days for the couple. This has been one of my favorite edits by far from a story perspective, and I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I enjoyed editing it. Congrats to the Webers (x2)!

Berg Wedding Highlights - Dallas, TX

When Jenna approached me about wedding videography, she had a specific vision in mind. She’s a fellow creative with a photography background, great style, and even better taste in music. She wanted a video that was fun, creative, and energetic. Different from what she was able to find from other videographers. I said I was up for it, and boy was it a creative challenge! John and Jenna aren’t sappy. They are funny and like to keep things light. I erred on the side of using a lot of comedic moments from their day to shape their story, and stayed away from getting too sentimental. The focus here was positive, upbeat energy with unique editing, storytelling, and a hint of music video vibes. I think it captured their personality and their day in just the right way. Congrats to Team Berg!
