Bolner Wedding Teaser - The St. Anthony Hotel - San Antonio, TX
Decided I wanted to start the week off right with a preview of the Bolner wedding! (Or should I say, Bolner Fiesta?) I’m not sure I’ve ever shot such a fun couple with the most fun friend group. Madeline and Andrew are the life of the party and this party was tough to beat! Cheers to the Bolners!

Funk Wedding Teaser - Contigo Ranch - Fredericksburg, TX
In my wildest dreams, I couldn’t have come up with a day as perfect and beautiful as Alexis and Adrian’s! The florals, the dresses, and all the spring vibes were on full display with the most lovely (albeit windy!) weather at Contigo Ranch. Perfectly planned by Shelby with Plan On It Events, and captured alongside the amazing Chandler J Photo, I’ll be chasing the high of this wedding day for a long time! Congrats to the Funks!
Gonzalez Wedding Highlights - Hotel 1928 - Waco, TX
“You sent me the song ‘Rearranges’ by Mt. Joy and I thought, ‘Man, I wish God would rearrange us to be in the same place. And ten months later, he did.” Susannah and Ricky’s story started with a first date just a few weeks before Ricky took off on a nearly year long sailing trip across the world. After months apart and waiting on God’s timing, Ricky and Susannah’s lives were rearranged to cross paths again, this time forever. Hotel 1928 was the perfect backdrop for a day that, despite having a huge group of friends and family present, still felt intimate and cozy. There is such a sweet tenderness to Ricky and Susannah’s relationship, and it’s easy to see how God perfectly brought these two together. Congrats to the Gonzalezes!

Smith Wedding Highlights - The Bygone Hotel - Wimberley, TX
“When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible.” Not only is it a famous When Harry Met Sally quote, but it was also part of Megan and Matthew’s movie inspired wedding vows. When Megan told me about all of their fun and unique wedding weekend plans - a movie night featuring Father of the Bride, mahjong lessons, a Spanish guitar player, and a haikuist writing custom poetry - I knew this wedding was going to be one for the books. Exchanging personal and private vows together the morning of their wedding, they opted for a more fun take on their public vows by weaving in romantic movie and tv quotes, and giving their guests Bingo cards to try to match with the quotes.
Inspired by their whimsical vow style, I wanted to create something equally fun and different by pulling several movie clips referenced in their vows. It was such a fun weekend for all involved, and I think the end product reflected so much of Matthew and Megan’s intentional yet laid back energy. This was such a fun video to edit and I’m so happy they let me be a part of their day. (Stick to the end for an extra added surprise!) Congrats to the Smiths!
